It is a case report of young female, having complaints of pain and swelling in left arm initially which was misdiagnosed as chronic osteomyelitis. Later on, she was diagnosed as PBL. Here, we want to discuss the clinical presentation of PBL, and to make aware from such grave pathology and to consider it in the differential diagnosis of chronic osteomyelitis.
